Working hours - 38 hours per week

We are working on behalf of a prestigious company based in Loch Lomond and they are looking for an experienced Reservations Agent to join their team. This role will be customer facing as well as working with customers queries over the phone. To find out more please read below.

Key Responsibilities And About The Person
• Dealing with customers face to face, email and over the phone
• Help with reservations and any queries
• Keeping database up to date
• Daily filing
• Be friendly and approachable and on hand to help customers
• Document all customer feedback

Skills And Qualifications
• Customer service experience both face to face and over the phone
• Great communication
• Reliable
• Hard working
