Job Function:

Taking care of staff safety, making sure that the equipment are in a good state and are used properly, ensuring that all staff are compliant with all HSE regulations and instructions and implementing good environmental practices to eliminate any environmental hazards.

Key Requirements:
• Ensuring that workplace is safe and intervene with any unsafe act or condition.
• Ensuring adherence to Permit to Work (PTW) system and other safe work practices in the terminal.
• Carrying out safety inspections of Contractors and sub-contractors’ facilities in place.
• Ensuring that all site activities are conducted in compliance with HSE Policy and Procedures.
• Ensuring that all site activities are conducted in compliance with all applicable statutory codes, standards and/or regulations.
• Ensuring that risks in the work environment are maintained at a level which is as low as reasonably practicable.
• Conducting and/or participating in Risk Assessment and Hazard Analysis.
