Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Manager at Ekram Sweaters Ltd. located in Mymensingh. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering programs and projects within budget, scope, and schedule. The Program Manager will also coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful completion of projects, as well as monitor and report project status to senior management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the textile or apparel industry
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on time, within budget, and with scope
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
