Responsibilities: Order taking, supervision on restaurant floor, prepping restaurant and service station set up before service, timely inventory taking of crockery, cutlery, tableware and and other relevant equipment, keeping communication channels open with kitchen and upselling dishes accordingly, resolving of customer conflict/dissatisfaction on floor level, minimising food wastage and glassware breakage, preparing of reports relevant to Service Department.

Qualifications: Prior experience of at least 1 year as Floor Supervisor necessary. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to engage with, and upsell to guests. A team player.
