Core Responsibilities
• Managing access and assist on maintenance of SharePoint platform for project related tasks; permission groups, stakeholder matrix and ad hoc support to the project team.
• Assist on Purchase Order creations within projects.
• Support to project team with overview, drawings, print, link via Dalux system.
• Assist on Project Communication (VIVA Engage, Internal Newsletter with project related news towards the end users and Global Workplace Project team, manage access, monitoring requests coming in, insure latest news/illustration/pictures are updated.
• Facilitate ad hoc administrational tasks.
