Job description
We are looking for an in-house expert on the products of the brand Makita to spearhead the development and enhancement of technical product knowledge among our employees and customer/dealer network.

Your tasks:

- You design and coordinate workshops and training sessions, both on-site at our customers' locations and in-house for employees across Belgium.
- You develop comprehensive training programs for existing and new products and technologies, prioritizing an exceptional customer experience aligned with company objectives.
- You create engaging training materials utilizing modern tools such as PowerPoint presentations.
- You maintain your up-to-date expertise and facilitate knowledge sharing among colleagues to ensure continuous professional development.
- You will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
