1、主導新產品之導入使其順利量產2、產品C0-C6系統文件发行、更新及追踪3、ECR/ECN 发行及追踪4、新厂商能力評估，厂商季度/年度稽核5、產線良率之提升﹐不良樣品分析与對策6、現場修理人員之技能訓練，维修流程之定义7、新模具，新厂商样品确认及量试安排8、成本降低改善9、參與品質改善小組活動10、OQC、产线异常、客诉分析及对策提出11、材料异常、模具异常处理12、协助RD相关实验验证13、SOP检讨及制程改善14、上級主管交辦事項1.Lead the smooth mass production introduction of new products.2.Distribute, update, and track system documents for products C0-C6.3.Issue and track Engineering Change Requests (ECR) / Engineering Change Notices (ECN).4.Evaluate new supplier capabilities and conduct quarterly/annual supplier audits.5.Improve production line yield, analyze and develop strategies for defective samples.6.Provide skills training for on-site repair personnel and define repair processes.7.Confirm and schedule trials for new molds and samples from new suppliers.8.Implement cost reduction improvements.9.Participate in quality improvement team activities.10.Analyze and propose solutions for Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), production line exceptions, and customer complaints.11.Handle material...
