A Blue-Chip company has an exciting opportunity for a FRESH FOOD MANAGER for their retail store in TONGAAT & NEWCASTLE.

Key performance areas include but not limited to:
• Increasing the profitability of the Service Departments by increasing sales and decreasing expenses
• Monitor sales performance by department, category, and item; and take steps to achieve budgeted sales
• Ensure availability of stock
• People Management
• Executing efficient and accurate ordering and expediting of orders
• Adhering to all internal control policies of the company
• Managing the production team according to the company’s standards through ensuring productivity and desirable work ethics
