HEALTH & SAFETY

Station Manager shall ensure that HSEQ related tasks are being performed at station and shall train the station staff on HSEQ through sessions and drills.

DAILY OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Submission of daily sales data Fuel, Non-Fuel and Allied facilities to Head office on daily basis with required supporting documents such as bank slips, etc. for invoicing.

To ensure the bookkeeping of all records maintained at the station (such as banking instruments, cash deposits, invoices of fuel/lube/allied products, work permits etc).

Day-wise / month-wise reconciliation of service station data with SAP recordings with close liaison with Finance team to address the discrepancies – if any.

To ensure that financial records are maintained in compliance with lawful and accepted procedures of the company.

Service station staff management shift-wise, training & grooming of the staff.
