We are looking for Site Supervisors for Finishing works, Placo works, External Rendering.

As site supervisor, it is your job to both assess and manage safety hazards in the workplace. Responsibilities may also include managing and instructing the site workers, setting goals for the team, and seeing projects through to completion.

Duties :

· Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations

· Knowledge of mosaic, terrazzo, linoleum, vinyl, PVC and laminate wood floor finishes

· Supervise works of POP punning, POP plastering, decorative floor finishes and other special finishing on finished masonry surfaces

· Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment

· The ability to manage several ongoing sites.

· Management of foreign workers.

· Planning weekly programs of work and the ordering of associated materials.

· Managing to converse in Hindi language is an advantage.

· Daily inspections of Quality.
