Candidate requirements:
• Grade 12
• Must be fluent in English (verbal & written)
• Must be computer literate
• Skilful in Project/task planning
• Highly organised
• Be able to adapt quickly
• 2 - 3 years of previous restaurant management experience or a similar role in the hospitality industry at a similar establishment
• Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
• Good knowledge of food and beverages, including dietaries, bar and wine varietals; WSET or similar wine knowledge certificate course is vital.
• Team management & training abilities
• Must be well-presented and have a strong customer service orientation
