Our client in the Agricultural industry, based in Addo in the Eastern Cape, is currently looking to employ a Farm Quality Supervisor / Agricultural Graduate.

Job Overview:
Follow-up and control of agricultural and harvest activities, in order to ensure that the fruit meets industrial quality standards and harvest standards in the expected volume for each plantation age. Monitoring and control of the organic packing reject, identifying whether or not the fruit meets the industrial standard.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements:
• An Agricultural type of qualification is essential.
• Must be fluent in the Afrikaans language.
• Must be willing to work in Addo area.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Follow-up and control of the daily harvest program by taking samples and updating the KPI board.
• Random monitoring of the main pests and diseases.
• Comply with productivity per hectare (Tn/Ha) for each block... More Detail
