Roles and Responsibilities : 1) Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers. 2) Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes. 3) Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order. 4) Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues. 5) To handle all the issues related to the production, employees and statutory compliance . Desired Candidate Profile : Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial management, logistics, or related field. Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory. Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control. Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment. Ability to multitask simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good analytical and leadership skills.
