Main Responsibilities
• Manage logistics and warehouse operations including inbound, outbound and inventory management to ensure product receiving and delivery on-time and in-full and to ensure the customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the accuracy of transactions in ERP and WMS systems.
• Control the inventory and storage area.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload and supervise work flow in the warehouse concerning safety.
• Ensure on-time delivery plan and coordinating with related parties
• Respond to and resolve the complaint and problems.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust the existing work procedures and practices.
• Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rate and contracts with service providers.
• Perform other related duties as required.
