Key Responsibilities:

Finance:
• Review analysis of group financial performance monthly, quarterly, changes, potential risks and report to the Executive Committee
• Control all treasuries for group finance (e.g. Cash, AP, AR, Rate Hedging Exchange)
• Lead and control group budgeting, sales, OPEX/CAPEX, operational plans Annual (AOP), Strategy and KPI
• Maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions, negotiate financial terms such as rates interest, terms, etc. Provide business updates and information to review loans
• Develop the finance team in terms of human resources and work processes
• Report & present important agenda items to the management committee such as the executive committee, ESG Committee Risk Committee and credit committee
• Responsible for all types of company insurance such as all risks public liability, Product Liability contaminated product and Health insurance
• Do the business analysis for Special projects – M&A / JV
