Description

- Write, implement, review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies and other documentation for QA/Food Safety activities.
- Perform receiving inspection and data collection of incoming materials on FIFO basic.
- To evaluate and qualifying new produces from suppliers not in the Approved Suppliers List.
- Conduct quality check for produces packed by packhouse team.
- Perform check and balance for implementation of FIFO practices for goods in warehouse and finished goods.
- To prepare weekly and monthly quality report by performing data review audits (packing quality, cleaning & sanitation program, maintenance records as per scheduled).
- To involve in the implementation and verification of Food Safety/HACCP/GMP/MyGAP within the company.
- To involve in performing internal and external audits to determine compliance to Food Safety/HACCP/GMP and identify areas for improvement.
