Customer Care Coordinator / Executive
Responsibilities
• Answering all inbound calls and assigning them accordingly.
• Ability to Coordinate and Communicate effectively between customers and internal parties.
• Positively deal with customer complaints with follow-up feedback to the Management by directing concerns of customers to relevant authorized personel.
• Actively seek feedback from customers and team members at every given opportunity Manage all front office functions.
• Manage customer bookings on mechanical repairs and assigning them to service advisors.
