Summary

A field service role with responsibility to perform assessment, monitoring, and management of pest activity to identify, prevent, and eliminate conditions that could promote or sustain a pest population in a client’s facility. Assist in introduction of new services and products in the Pest and Hygiene Division.

Overall job purpose

To ensure all Key Account customers have an effective programme to manage the pest activity on their facility.

To intervene purposely to optimize service performance by providing timely reports to generate information to the customer and the service team for timely intervention.

To facilitate overall customer retention and Sales opportunity by ensuring:
• Assuring service quality through timely site QA visits.
• Providing good Reporting to current and prospective tender customers
• Developing and maintaining a positive high personal profile with selected customers
