The company is now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of R&D Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities
Knowing the market, and customers and doing new product development accordingly. Ensuring that food safety is in line with standard requirements and meeting with customer and trade partner expectations & requirements. Studying and analyzing product quality, production cost, and monitoring the product trend with the Marketing Department to lay out a product development plan. Being responsible for the production line improvement to meet customer expectations and company standards. Coordinating with other relevant departments to ensure that the operation procedure runs smoothly.
