Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive at PT Tribrata Surya Mandiri Land located in Parungpanjang. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will work primarily from the office, but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications
• Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in real estate sales is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
