Duties * Serve as the Director, Directorate of Public Works exercising full authority for management and operation decisions related to engineering and environmental activities, housing and overall DPW logistical support activities. * Plan and manage the repair and utilities program. * Administer implementation of approved programs and projects. * Coordinate requests for alterations, modifications, and new construction with the Garrison Master Plan * Inspect facilities to determine immediate operation, maintenance and repair needs. * Participate with the Program, Budget, and Manpower Division and other directorate personnel in preparing, justifying, and adjusting the directorate budget. * Serve as the main point of contact for all facilities work performed by contractors. * Work with professional engineers, contractor representatives, and higher echelon engineers to interpret plans and specifications Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability...
