Duties * As a technical advisor for engineering matters, prepares program planning cost estimates for highly complex state-of-the-art construction programs and provides authoritative advice to other Huntsville Center, Corps HQ and A-E contractor personnel. * Serves as leader/senior engineer, assisting the Branch Chief in the execution of administrative and personnel management responsibilities. * Serves as the project manager for execution of requested cost estimates and cost/price analyses. * Prepare/reviews conceptual cost estimates that establish future program development and congressional fund approval requirements.
