Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist performs all necessary activities to ensure batch release according to ISO 13485. She/he is responsible for the timely and correct management of deviations, non-conformities, complaints and related investigations.

Main responsibilities and duties
• Ensure batch compliance and carry out the accurate verification of all batch records documentation related to the production and sterilization of finished products.
• Support to manage non-conformity and deviations through the investigation process and documentation analysis, assessing the seriousness and the associated risks.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions (internal and external) with the managers and provide them with the necessary support to ensure that corrective measures put in place are effective.
• Communicate and cooperate with other departments as required to solve issues.
