Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mangaluru for a Commi. The Commi will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking and presenting dishes, managing food stock and ensuring highest quality of food. The Commi will also be responsible for working in a team environment with other chefs and communicating effectively with the kitchen staff.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in a professional kitchen, including experience in preparing and cooking Indian, Continental and Arabian dishes
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
