Stability Manager

JOB PURPOSE
• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Stability Manager to join our team and drive excellence in stability testing and management across our organization to ensure effective stability programs are implemented.
• As the Stability Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the methods and stability studies to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of all products developed and manufactured by BCH.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform stability testing on products to assess their shelf-life and performance characteristics.
• Conduct stability testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Provide guidance and supervision of junior team members.
• Perform stability studies, including sample preparation, monitoring, and documentation.
