Position Summary:

He/she shall oversee all programs of SHIKSHA Initiative. Lead a team of individuals and act as field operations planner, strategy developer, resource manager. Provide support to all other functions/depts.

Responsibilities:

Project Management
• Managing resources of project expansion and ensure program objectives are aligned to overall organization strategy
• Responsible for planning and designing the plan for People, Processes and Priorities of the programs to maximize the impact.
• Ensure all programs have clearly defined monitoring and evaluation frameworks and the SOPs are followed at all levels.
