The Guest Relations Officer is responsible for ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience at the restaurant. The GRO is expected to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and work towards building a loyal customer base for the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Manage reservations and ensure guests are seated promptly
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Build strong relationships with guests to enhance their dining experience and encourage repeat business
• Ensure guests are aware of restaurant promotions and special events
• Assist with organizing and managing events at the restaurant
• Work with other staff members to ensure the restaurant is running smoothly
• Maintain accurate guest records and compile reports as required
