We are seeking a proactive and organized Support Operations Lead to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate will oversee various administrative tasks, including managing the Invoice Component Folder (ICF), coordinating operational activities, and providing executive support. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

The goal of this role is to ensure optimal upstream and downstream service delivery through technical support to our teams.
