Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant at The OMJ Company located in Curepipe. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that include Travel Consulting, Travel Management, Travel Arrangements, Customer Service, and Reservations. The Travel Consultant will help our customers plan and book their travel, provide travel information, and make recommendations.

Qualifications
• Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, Travel Arrangements, and Reservations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in GDS systems and travel software
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
