Responsibilities:
• Responsible for identification, reporting, correcting & eliminating unsafe conditions & actions.
• Responsible for effective implementation of various Safety work permits & ensuring compliance of the same.
• Responsible for investigation of Accidents/Incidents/Near misses, Accident/Incident analysis, suggesting the Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) & its compliance.
• Responsible for Identification of Legal & other requirements applicable to the company from EHS point of view & ensuring the compliance of the same in totality.
• Responsible for Identification of training needs, preparation of various training modules & conducting Safety Training Programs to all the employees including contractor employees.
• Responsible for preparation & implantation of On Site Emergency plan & conducting periodical mock drills.
