Role Overview:

As the Executive - Business Development at ikman, your main job is to bring in new business. In addition to meeting sales targets, you'll build and maintain strong client relationships by providing support and guidance on managing their ikman membership accounts. Your focus on growing our business is vital to our success.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, nurture, and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales
• Achieve assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
• Educate and train customers to optimize the benefits of their membership through effective ad posting and boosting strategies.
• Maintain the highest level of integrity and work ethic at all times.

Minimum Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in field sales
• Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
