Role Description

This is a hybrid contract role for a Facilitator at Creative X Factory. The Facilitator will be responsible for delivering team coaching and facilitation sessions to clients both in-person and remotely. The Facilitator will work closely with the team to design customized programs, team-building activities, and leadership workshops to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications
• Excellent facilitation, consulting, and coaching skills
• Demonstrated experience with team dynamics, communication, and conflict management
• Ability to gather and analyze team and individual assessment data
• Experience with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Design Thinking, or Agile frameworks
