This position, within the Ingersoll Rand Compressors division, leads a team of 25+, located in EMEIA region out of our current sites in Naroda (India) and Vignate (Italy). Its primarly scope is to properly support and develop the Plant Air Centrifugal (PAC).

He/She must provide guidance to the team ensuring both day-by-day activities and special projects proper execution in accordance with Company procedure/work instructions and plans/budget.

He/She represents the team at the meetings, takes decisions and provides feedbacks and reports to upper management and stakeholders.

It in his his/her responsibility to deploy business needs into Engineering projects and/or activities, ensuring the availability of adequate resources/equipment, providing needed support and help in removing barriers that can prevent the achievement of the plans and in making sure that planning of the engineering activities is instrumental to targets achievement.
