Responsibilities of a Customer Account Manager;
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Generate new business whilst also managing existing customers using the BI reporting tool
• Serve as the main point of contact to clients
• Oversee customer account management including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit

Requirements for the Customer Account Manager;
• A minimum of 3 years customer account management experience
• Driven
• Confident
• Commercially minded
