Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager 60-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating international product registrations and the approval of cosmetics and consumer products

- Ensuring the certification of documents and certificates

- Creating product and safety data sheets as well as self-declarations

- Managing documents in the IQSoft (DMS) system

- Conducting compliance checks on packaging layouts, etc., and handling inquiries on compliance topics

- Serving as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries from partners and distributors

- Recording and processing error reports and CAPAs through IQSoft, acting as a liaison between suppliers and customers

- Actively participating in maintaining quality management systems

- Managing controlled documents in our DMS

- Contributing actively to the department's development
