SUMMARY OF THE POSITIONPerson who, without having a diploma as a Community Worker or a Social Assistance Technician and within the limits of her/his skills and training, does work that is similar in nature and related to that of a Community Worker or a Social Assistance Technician.SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
The Primary care community representative works under the supervision of Uschiniichisuu coordinator in the CMC is responsible for providing culturally sensitive health and psychosocial awareness to youth and young adults meeting them in their settings.
The outreach worker will also participate and organize workshops and activities about various health topics with youths and families.
Activities and workshops will be conducted in accordance to other community programs and youth needs identified with youth and families.
