Commissioning Rotary Machinery Specialist

Introduction

Our client is currently looking for a Commissioning Rotary Machinery Specialist to provide the necessary assistance and advice to Commissioning Superintendents, including coordinating with the Client and Vendor /Licensors, Supervisors, and Subcontractor workers to commission various systems of the Project according to the detailed Commissioning schedule, approved Procedures, approved Safe Work Method Statements and task-specific Job Hazard Analysis.

Responsibilities

Supervise field commissioning mechanical activities of static equipment and piping on subcontractors doing:

· Chemical loading

· Line-up and coordination of run-in of rotating equipment, including test-runs and witnessing

· Function testing of equipment

· Tightness testing and inerting

· Drying of cryogenic lines using dry air or nitrogen
