The new face of non-bank lending. Following significant growth and investment this leading Australian Fintech is looking to attract a Head of Finance into a commercial and strategic leadership role.

Given the fast-paced entrepreneurial nature of the business, the successful candidate will bring a more commercial and strategic approach to their career to date. Treasury experience is required for effective cash management and optimizing financial resources, while lending/securitization experience for navigating complex financial structures is equally valuable. The ideal candidate should possess a well-rounded skill set, including strong financial acumen, stakeholder engagement, and a nuanced understanding of the fintech lending domain. Maturity and leadership experience are expected to manage the finance function and collaborate closely with the CEO.
