About the Role

As a Bookkeeper at Olinga Group, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization. Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will handle a range of responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

Responsibilities will include:
• Weekly Payrolls
• Preparation of client quotes and invoices
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Weekly / Monthly Financial Reports
• Month end reconciliation of accounts including bank and credit card feeds
• Generate financial reports using MYOB
• Adhoc administration and accounting duties as required.
