JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales officer - Gold loan
Experience: 1 to 5 yrs
Job Summary:
 Sourcing / Acquisition of Gold loan customers, NTB as well as existing customer id’s Networking
and driving business with all sourcing channels in the branch to provide leads.
 ( CBE / Branch banking / Asset RMs) Micro marketing activities at potential locations in the
catchment area of the branch.
 Doing end to end operations involved in the disbursal of the loan.
 ( explaining the product, filling of form, valuation, sealing of packet, sending approvals, resolving
queries, sending forms to NPC, resolving discrepancies, renewals etc)
 Customer service pre and post sales.
 Support collection RMs in resolving bucket and POT NPA cases.
Preferable: - Two wheeler with Valid DL and Local Residence
Qualification: - Graduate and above
Experience: - Fresher and Experience both
