Our client, a wholly owned subsidiary and one of two major operating entities within its group focusing on infrastructure and people solutions is currently seeking a Support Engineer MES based in Sasolburg.

Required Experience: 3-5 Years IT experience

Desktop and server support

Other Responsibilities:

Incident and Request Management

Change Management

Event Management (monitoring)

Disaster recovery testing

Problem Management

Attending client meetings

Write process/procedures

CMDB management

Certification / Qualification:

IT related courses and certification

ITIL

Matric

Advantage:

Any OT Experience

IT Degree or Diploma

Anti-Virus

Backups Management
