Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Human Resource Consultant. The Human Resource Consultant will be responsible for providing guidance and support to management teams on various HR issues to help create an efficient and cohesive workplace. The consultant will also be responsible for providing initiatives to improve employee morale and guiding management on ways to support organizational change.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Consultant or similar role
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations in Nigeria
