We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee operations in our durian plantation, with additional responsibilities related to banana planting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, particularly in durian cultivation, and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills. The Farm Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities on the farm, ensuring optimal crop health and productivity, and supervising farm workers

Job Description:
• Crop Management: Supervise all aspects of durian and banana cultivation, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control
• Field operation: Oversee field activities such as irrigation, P&D spraying, fertilizer application, weeding, and harvesting to ensure timely and efficient completion
• Equipment maintenance: Manage farm machinery and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and repair as needed
