Position – Head Operations/Plant Head

Qualification – BE Mechanical/Ceramic/Metallurgy

Exp. – 15 to 20yrs

CTC – 25 to 30lacs pa

Targeted Industries - Refractory, Castable, Monolithic & Industrial Ceramic

1. Responsible for overall super vision of the plant for Planning, production, quality, profitability and customer / employee satisfaction through continual improvement, development of systems, process, and policies.

2. To assist in the developments / finalizing the overall Operational strategies aligned with Business Strategies including budget / ABP primarily for the corporate Initiatives/ Strategies keeping in mind.

3. Responsible to control Inventory carrying cost of RM, SFG & FG under norms & all consumable items in store based on aging & ABC analysis & controlled through SAP in PP/MM/QM Module.

4.To ensure that all consumable items are procured through quality checks & products are produced with accepted quality in first GO.
