Job Responsibility
• Perform mechanical setup.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Perform various machine operating setups to support production.
• Maintain a safe work ethic.
• Communicate machine and process technical information to required departments.
• Observe machinery to detect malfunctions and ensure safe and effective operation of packaging machines in compliance with company SOPs and customer set instructions.
• Checking and understanding the machine in each part operated.
• Review and understand instructions from superiors to perform required packing procedures.
• Carry out the operation of the machines in the factory according to the part operated.
• Operate packaging & sticker machines. Handling goods up to Finished-Good.
• Make distribution of goods to the Driver.
• Perform daily operations of technical equipment according to established procedures.
• Supervise and monitor machine performance and report any problems to the technical supervisor.
