Duties * You will serve as consultant and provide expert advise to senior colleagues and/or agency officials. * You will design, assess, and inspect electrical systems and equipment. * You will participate in preliminary and critical design reviews, and determines, develops and defends requirements. * You will investigate and resolve problems and conditions in electrical systems and equipment impacting cost, efficiency, safety and performance. * You will assess, recommend and apply business practices (e.g., financial, contracting, and administrative) to achieve timely, economical, and successful completion of projects and objectives Requirements Conditions of Employment * Must be a US Citizen. * Must be determined suitable for federal employment. * Must participate in the direct deposit pay program. * New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
