Duties * You will provide assistance and technical guidance to other engineers, architect, and business lines as a Construction Engineer/Architect. * You will manage multiple priorities and provide technical solutions to complex problems encountered during the administration of construction contracts for multi-million dollar state-of-the-art facility projects. * You will be responsible for enforcement of all technical and administrative provisions of assigned construction contracts. * You will review and approve technical contractor administrative submittals such as schedules, environmental protection plans, health and safety plans and accident prevention plans. * You will monitor project budget and time constraints and initiate appropriate correct action as necessary to ensure funding thresholds and impacts to operational needs are not exceeded. * You will serve as the technical representative in matters involving contract modifications and claims.
