Cross Border Talents is Hiring Swiss German Customer Support Representative

Language Skills: Swiss German (C2)

Contract Signature: March 13, 2024

Location: Braga

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 17:00
• Saturday: 07:00 to 12:00
• Sunday and 1 rotational day

Compensation:
• Base Salary
• Performance Bonus: 120 per 12 months
• Meal Allowance (net): 7.23 per day
• Transport Allowance: 20 per month
• Health Insurance: Provided since day 1 (free after 6 months)

Requirements:
• Formal speech and very good writing skills (mandatory)

Type of Contract: CDI - after 3 months trial period

Tasks:
• Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding reservations and attending potential requests.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
