Development of existing & new businesses/strategic partnerships for business growth

Development of roadmap and marketing plan for introduction/enhancement of services.

Ensure continued growth of the company’s market share in the VAS sector

Monitor and analyze market, market trends and technologies locally and globally

Supervise relationship management practices by R.Os with existing billers to grow the prevailing businesses.

Monitor and ensure stakeholder management – Retailers, shared Agent Biller aggregators, vendors, banks, consumers, platforms as well as products.

Ensure staff appraisals, team meetings and personal development programs are in place for the team.

Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with various billers & agents

Ensure all department projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization’s established policies and objectives as well as ensure cost are kept in line with budget.
