This job holder shall be responsible for administration of Finance department through planning, coordination, management and implementation of finance strategy, policies, procedures, budgets and work plans for the company.

Responsibilities
• Participate in the development and implementation of the finance strategies, policies and procedures to achieve the company integrated plans, objectives and vision.
• Oversee management of finances, preparation and submission of budget estimates and annual plans and offer oversight to enable the company meet its financial obligations.
• Oversee implementation and monitoring of performance management systems in finance unit.
• Supervision and management of work performance of staff in finance unit.
• Provide financial advice to the Management to ensure that best practices are adopted in financial management.
